ROOM DESCRIPTION

  1. Single serviced room: when guest book a single serviced room, we provide one private air-conditioned room with attached bath and toilet in a three bedroom apartment. In this category, the apartment common facilities will be shared with the other guest. Rest assured the privacy will be taken cared by us for the guest.
  2. 1 bedroom apartment: it is a complete private apartment.
  3. 2 bedroom apartment: it is a complete private apartment.
  4. 3 bedroom apartment: it is a complete private apartment.

 GUEST BEHAVIOUR

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.  Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

 RATES AND DEPOSIT

  1. The rates quoted are based on your length of stay confirmed. All rates will be subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing tax, should you wish to amend your arrival and departure dates.
  2. All rates quoted are based on single and double occupancy.

Rates are quoted in Indian currency and subject to10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.

PAYMENTS

Short stay: Guests are required to pay in advance before check in to secure the booking. The rest of the payables are required to be cleared at the time of check in.

Long stay: Guests are required to pay in advance at least 30% before check in to secure the booking, 30% within 2 days after arrival and rest 20% within 10days of arrival. If the guest is staying more than 1 month, the monthly agreed charges will be paid in advance before check in and for every month payment has to be cleared in advance for the following month.

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
To register a room, guest must be at least 18 years of age.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME

Check-in time is from 12:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in. unmarried couples are only allowed if they both produce their government identification proof, otherwise the booking will be cancelled even if it is prepaid booking, no refund will be provided.

EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE

Should you arrive to the hotel early, kindly refer to our Guest Services Team and they will be happy to hold luggage for you until check-in. We also recommend that you begin your reservation on the evening before arrival.

Late check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy. We advise that you check with our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Late check-outs will be assessed a 100% room charge for checking-out between after 3pm.

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION

A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards.
Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations. Billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or amendment of reservation must be made 48 hours (by 12pm local time) prior to your arrival date for Best Available Rates. Specific Terms and Conditions apply to Packages and Special Offers.

Cancellation or amendment made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

In the event you do not show-up, reservations will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax, which will be assessed to the credit card provided.

Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled no later than 4pm on the day of arrival.

DAMAGES

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit / debit card / any payment mode realisable at the same time for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel/premises during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

PARKING

Where a Hotel/ Serviced apartment has its own car park, there may be a charge and/or limited spaces available and space may not be available for the duration of your stay. Terms and conditions may also apply to car park use.  Please contact the authority directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).
